The Mon Ami 75 has been designed to handle an output of 75 cups per day and up to a maximum of 100 cups. It is an ideal machine where there are several operators and where uniformity of coffee’s may be a problem with a Traditional espresso machine, or where the operator needs to do other things whilst the coffee is being made.

 

Typical applications are :-

 

Wine Bars or Pubs, where espresso, cappuccino’s and latte’s are on offer with food, as an alternative to wines and spirits. Restaurants, where the volume of coffee is not high and where a good quality choice of coffee presentation is necessary.

 

Busy Restaurants where the main volume of coffee is served in cafetieres, but where speciality coffee is offered at a premium price.

 

Hotels, in residents bars, or with Banqueting where a high quality product is offered in addition to the standard Airpots.

The Franke Pura is a mid-volume bean to cup espresso machine introduced for catering applications up to 150 cups per day. The latest addition to the Franke range of machines is capable of producing up to 32 programmable drinks.

 

Like all other Franke bean to cup machines the Swiss made Franke Pura Fresco delivers superb espresso and creamy cappuccinos and lattes using fresh milk. As an alternative to fresh milk the Franke Pura Pronto has the revolutionary Twist & Turn Technology, which enables powdered milk to be used. This technology also gives the Pura the facility of producing chocolate drinks at the press of a button.

 

Typical applications are:-

 

Wine Bars, Pubs and Restaurants: where speciality coffees are offered as an alternative to wines, beers and spirits or to compliment food.


Busy Restaurants and Cafe Bars: as the main coffee system capable of handling a large variety of speciality coffee drinks during busy service periods.


Hotels: where speciality coffees are offered throughout and where the machine is sited "front of house" or in the "still room".

Franke Evolution

The Mon Ami 120 is a mid-volume machine capable of producing up to 120 cappuccino’s or latte’s per hour. At the touch of a button the machine offers up to 30 different milk and coffee drink variations. The Swiss-made machine includes an automatic rinsing and cleaning programme which makes sure that the optimum level of hygiene and coffee quality is maintained.


The Mon Ami 150 is the same machine as the 120 but with a greater power output. It can produce 150 cappuccino’s or latte’s per hour and is designed for sites producing up to 300 drinks per day.

 

The machines can be tailored to your own requirements simply by adding a Pumped Milk System, Integrated Fridge, Cup Warmer, Chocolate Dispenser or a Billing Unit.

 

Typical applications are:-

 

Café Bars and Coffee Shops, where speed of service, simple operation and a large choice of drinks are essential. The machines are ideal for sit down service or take-away with paper cups.


Hotels where speciality coffee’s are offered throughout from a central “Still Room” and where a large number of operators, including part-time and casual staff, are responsible for serving coffee.


Clubs and Leisure centres where the machine can be configured for self-service. This is particularly useful with early starters on the Golf Course where it is not practical for staff to be in attendance.
