Service calls are handled in the same way by our service department, where 20% of the problems are solved on the phone. Where this is not possible we have a network of trained engineers throughout the UK offering a comprehensive backup on all equipment we have supplied. All calls are logged and monitored through to completion so that customers can be updated at any stage.
