How to make a Green Tea Kiwi

  1. Brew tea in 150ml hot water for 3 minutes

  2. Put 5 ice cubes inside cocktail shaker

  3. Strain tea and pour inside Cocktail Shaker

  4. Add kiwi puree

  5. Cover and shake vigorously

  6. Pour over glass and garnish with kiwi slices

Ingredients

  • 4g Loose Green Sencha Tea (or 2 teabags)
  • 30ml kiwi puree
  • Mint leaves
  • Kiwi slices for garnishing
  • Ice cubes
